GetYourGuide and Viator partner programs
The links to GetYourGuide and Viator on this site are affiliate links. If you book a tour after clicking one, we earn a commission, and your price does not change. The commission has no influence on our ranking or on the catches we point out, and which of the two sites you book on makes no difference to us.
Bookings are made through GetYourGuide or Viator with the individual tour operator. Payment, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the booking site and the operator, not by us. We are not a tour operator and do not sell tours. Nor are we affiliated with any operator, tourist board, university or government agency.
Liability for content
Prices, ratings, inclusions, pickup times and cancellation terms come from the listings on GetYourGuide and Viator. We show the regular "from" prices in US dollars as approximate figures; the booking sites often show offers on top, the same tour can cost a different amount on each site, and review counts grow every day. We have not taken every tour ourselves. Because listings and prices change, only what the booking site shows in the booking step is binding. Despite careful research, we accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content.
Our notes on the aurora, the forecast, darkness, temperatures, cold-weather clothing, driving in winter and accessibility summarize public information and do not replace information from the operators or the authorities. Nobody can promise that the aurora will appear on a given night.
Liability for links
This site links to third-party content, mainly GetYourGuide, Viator and Wikipedia. Their content is the sole responsibility of their providers. At the time of linking, no legal violations were apparent. If we become aware of any, we will remove the link promptly.
Copyright
The texts and the logo on this site are protected by copyright. Reusing substantial parts requires our permission; a short quote with a link to the source is always welcome.
The tour photos are served by GetYourGuide and by Tripadvisor (Viator's image service) and remain the property of their owners.
Privacy
We do not set cookies for analytics or advertising and collect no data except the messages you send us. Which services still process data, such as the host and the booking sites, is explained in our privacy policy.
